The beach is situated between the castles of San Sebastián and Santa Catalina in the historical centre of Cádiz. There are restaurants, beach bars, flamenco clubs and even a decadent spa in the surrounding area.
It is a metropolitan beach with fine golden sand covering a small area. The most relevant feature is its beautiful urban surroundings. The Nuestra Señora de la Palma and del Real spas, and the defensive fortifications which stand out because of their stunning architecture.
